• Purchasers are responsible for evaluating finished formulation safety, local regulatory compliance (FDA, EFSA, NMPA), and appropriate inclusion rates.
• Our products are raw materials and are not finished medicinal drugs intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

2. Pricing, Invoicing & Quotations

• Standard Store Pricing: Applicable to standard web orders (R&D trial packs, 1kg foil bags, standard drums). Prices are listed in USD excluding applicable import tariffs or VAT.
• Bulk Commercial Quotations: Custom proforma invoices and volume-tiered contracts issued by our sales team remain valid for the period specified on the quotation (typically 14–30 days depending on raw material market rates).
• We reserve the right to correct inadvertent pricing errors prior to dispatch.

3. Quality Warranty & COA Specifications

Ingredock warrants that all delivered raw materials conform strictly to the parameters set forth in the batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) and product technical specification sheet provided at the time of shipment.

All trademarks, logos, technical guides, specification sheets, and web content on ingredock.com are the exclusive property of Ingredock. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial re-distribution without written permission is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability
